  1. Eligibility for Refunds

    • Refunds are only applicable in cases of:

      • Wrong item delivered

      • Manufacturing defects

      • Damage during transit (reported immediately upon delivery)

    • To qualify, the product must be unused, in its original condition, with all packaging, invoices, and certificates intact.

  2. Non-Refundable Items

    • Customized jewelry

    • Engraved pieces

    • "Made to Order" designs

    • Used or tampered items

  3. Refund Process

    • Once the returned item is inspected and approved by our Quality Control team, a refund will be processed.

    • Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • In case of COD orders, refunds will be transferred to the customer’s provided bank/mobile wallet account.
